ต้อนรับลูกค้าที่เข้ามาใช้บริการด้วยความสุภาพ เป็นมิตร รับโทรศัพท์ ตอบคำถาม และให้ข้อมูลบริการเบื้องต้น บันทึกข้อมูลลูกค้า / จัดการคิว / ระบบจอง ประสานงานระหว่างลูกค้าและพนักงานภายใน ช่วยดูแลความเรียบร้อยบริเวณเคาน์เตอร์ต้อนรับ รับฟัง Feedback ลูกค้าและรายงานผู้ดูแล ปฏิบัติงานอื่น ๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับงานบริการตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย คุณสมบัติ: กำลังศึกษาอยู่ระดับ ปริญญาตรี / ปวส. สาขา การท่องเที่ยว / การโรงแรม / บริหารธุรกิจ / การจัดการ / งานบริการ หรือสาขาใกล้เคียง บุคลิกดี ยิ้มแย้ม มีใจรักงานบริการ กล้าพูด กล้าสื่อสาร มีมนุษยสัมพันธ์ดี สามารถใช้คอมพิวเตอร์พื้นฐานได้ (เช่น Line , ระบบจอง) หากสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้ จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ สามารถฝึกงานตามระยะเวลาที่มหาวิทยาลัยกำหนดได้
