• บันทึกข้อมูลสินค้ากลุ่มช่องทางขายต่างๆ ลงในระบบ • บันทึกรายงานการขายกลุ่มช่องทางขาย External ในรูปแบบ consingment • ตรวจสอบยอดขายรายวัน โดยเทียบข้อมูลในระบบกับข้อมูลสรุปจากทีมบัญชี • ตรวจสอบยอดขายทุกสิ้นเดือน โดยเทียบข้อมูลในระบบกับข้อมูลที่ได้รับจากทางห้างสรรพสินค้า • ตรวจสอบเอกสารใบกำกับภาษีใบลดหนี้ • งานอื่นๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย คุณสมบัติ: • กำลังศึกษาระดับชั้นปริญญาตรี สาขาวิชาการจัดการ Logistic หรือที่เกี่ยวข้อง • สามารถใช้ Microsoft Excel ได้ดี ใช้สูตรต่างๆ เช่น VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Table, SUMIF • มีความละเอียดรอบคอบและตรวจสอบตัวเลขได้อย่างถูกต้องแม่นยำ • มีความรับผิดชอบ สามารถจัดลำดับความสำคัญของงานและทำงานตามกำหนดเวลาได้ • มีความซื่อสัตย์ และรักษาความลับของข้อมูลบริษัท
