Job Summary The School Assistant Intern plays a key role in supporting the Branch Manager, Instructors, Admins and Students by providing academic, administrative, and communication assistance. This role involves handling course logistics, preparing class materials, helping with research-related tasks, and offering support to students on their career path. Additionally. Key Responsibilities • Assist students with resume writing, cover letter development, and job application submissions. • Support career guidance sessions. • Provide administrative support as needed. • Assist in drafting job-related documents such as internship agreements, MOUs, tracking reports and career research. If needed • Support the Branch Manager with projects and follow-ups. • Support instructors in both teaching delivery and student supervision. • Record class participation and academic documents precisely. • Provide operational and team support as needed. คุณสมบัติ: • Thai citizen only • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English • Good interpersonal and soft skills, including empathy, active listening, and professional communication with students and external partners • Interest in career development, human resources, education, or related fields • Ability to perform tasks effectively while participating in a collaborative environment • Detail-oriented and well-organized • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and online communication สวัสดิการ: Weekly snacks and activities, monthly dinners, and annual company outings and parties
