✅ Support Employer Branding Content Creation - Assist in brainstorming, filming, and editing video content for TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other platforms - Contribute ideas for campaigns and activities to attract top talent to the company ✅ Assist with Recruitment Events & Job Fairs - Participate in and help organize Job Fairs, Campus Recruitment events, and other hiring activities - Coordinate with HR teams and universities regarding recruitment-related activities ✅ Support Recruitment & Administrative Tasks - Maintain and update the candidate database - Provide general administrative support to the HR team คุณสมบัติ: - Currently pursuing or nearly completed a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Marketing, Business Administration, Liberal Arts, Psychology, or related fields - Passionate about Employer Branding, Marketing, and Talent Acquisition - Strong skills in video editing/graphic design (e.g., Canva, CapCut, Premiere Pro, Photoshop) - Active on social media and understands TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn trends - Outgoing personality, good interpersonal skills, and a strong team player - Able to participate in an internship program at least 3 months duration.
