- Input and maintain accurate data for business development purposes, including name cards and event-related lists. - Ensure high levels of accuracy and attention to detail in all data entries. - Conduct initial searches for potential candidates through online platforms and databases - Edit and format candidate resumes for internal use and client submission. - Post job advertisements on various channels (job boards, social media, etc.). using information provided by the recruitment team. - Assist in creating marketing materials for employer branding and recruitment campaigns. - Create content for social media platforms such as Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn. - Distribute company newsletters and mail magazines to selected recipient lists as instructed and ensure timely and error-free email delivery (no content creation required). - Support team activities and ensure smooth day-to-day operations. - Other as assign คุณสมบัติ: - Proficient in using Canva, TikTok, CapCut, or other graphic and video editing tools - Basic understanding of social media content strategy and platform differences (Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.) - Strong communication skills in English (both written and verbal). - Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. - Native Thai speakers - Positive attitude and willingness to learn. - A proactive and collaborative team player สวัสดิการ: - Daily 200 THB allowance provided. - Opportunity to gain hands-on experience in both recruitment and digital marketing operations - Develop skills in content creation, social media management, and graphic design using real business scenarios - Certificate of completion and internship recommendation letter (upon request).
