🏢 About Gymmo Gymmo helps gyms, studios, and personal trainers run smarter operations through our powerful software and member app. We’re a small, passionate team with a big mission: make fitness management easy, mobile-first, and Thai-friendly. 🧠 Responsibilities • Assist product team with feature testing and QA • Interview users and gather feedback from gym owners and members • Collaborate with design and dev teams to improve app flows • Help maintain product documentation and internal guides • Work on launch materials and assist with app updates • Support user onboarding and helpdesk responses (lightweight) 🎁 What You’ll Get • Paid internship • Real-world product experience in a live SaaS environment • Mentorship from experienced founders and product leads • Exposure to the fitness and startup community คุณสมบัติ: • Current student or recent graduate in tech, design, business, or related fields • Passionate about fitness (any type — gym, Pilates, Muay Thai, yoga, etc.) • Strong interest in UX, apps, and digital product development • Organized, proactive, and initiative-driven • Fluent in Thai, comfortable in English • No prior experience required, but eagerness to learn is a must
