Key Responsibilities • Assist in conducting research, gathering business-IT requirements, and analyzing digital transformation for client projects. • Support the preparation of documentation, presentations, and reports for internal and client use. • Participate in the implementation and auditing of IT under the supervision of senior consultants. • Assist in reviewing IT-related risks, compliance requirements, and security controls based on industry standards, international standards, and regulations. • Provide support in workshops, client meetings, and training sessions. คุณสมบัติ: Qualifications • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen interest in IT consulting. • Basic knowledge of IT, IT international standards, PDPA, Cybersecurity, and enterprise software (e.g. ERP, SaaS platforms) is an advantage. • Familiarity with IT governance, IT service management (ITIL), or information security (ISO/IEC 27001) is a plus. • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English (and Thai, if applicable). • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). • Proficient in A.I.
