1. To answer all guest questions regarding spa offering, appointment availability, length and cost of treatment. 2. To handle guest booking and able to suggest, consulting and up selling to guest. 3. To conduct Spa tours. 4. To ensure Spa/Fitness area are cleanliness and hygiene. 5. Thorough know on Spa product knowledge and able to give treatment benefit of each treatment. 6. To smile and greet all guests entering the Spa / Fitness Center with a friendly smile. 7. To answer the phone with "Sawasdee kha, Good Morning or Good Afternoon, Conrad Spa, identify yourself, How may I help you", and handle queries and questions. 8. To maintain control over cash transactions and general administration of the Reception area. 9. To promote and provide information relating to the Spa / Fitness Center facilities. 10. To complete end of day cashier procedures and pass on to Finance Division. Accounting Department. 11. To issue lockers keys after receiving, member card, hotel guests' keycard. 12. To handle sales of retail goods. 13. To refer all problems unable to be answered to the Spa / Fitness Center Manager. 14. To maintain security at the Reception area. 15.
