รายละเอียดงาน
1. ช่วยต้อนรับและให้บริการแก่ครอบครัว นักเรียน พนักงาน ครู และผู้มาติดต่อโรงเรียน ณ จุดต้อนรับส่วนหน้า 2. สนับสนุนทีมในการให้บริการที่เป็นมิตรและเป็นมืออาชีพแก่ครอบครัวตลอดการติดต่อกับ UWC Thailand 3. ช่วยงานประจำวันของ Front Office เช่น การดูแลข้อมูลการเข้าเรียน การรับ-ส่งจดหมายและพัสดุ การต้อนรับผู้มาติดต่อ การรับโทรศัพท์ และการจัดการนัดหมาย 4. ช่วยรับ บันทึก และส่งต่อข้อความหรือข้อสอบถามไปยังบุคลากรหรือหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง 5. ช่วยประสานงานเรื่องการออกบัตรประจำตัวนักเรียนและบัตรรักษาความปลอดภัย ร่วมกับครอบครัวและทีม IT คุณสมบัติ: 1. กำลังศึกษาอยู่ในระดับประกาศนียบัตร อนุปริญญา หรือปริญญาตรี ในสาขาการสื่อสาร การโรงแรม บริหารธุรกิจ ภาษาต่างประเทศ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง 2. มีความสนใจในงานด้านการบริการ การบริหารงานโรงเรียน การสื่อสาร และการทำงานร่วมกับผู้คนจากหลากหลายวัฒนธรรม 3. สามารถสื่อสารภาษาไทยและภาษาอังกฤษได้ดี ทั้งการอ่าน การเขียน การฟัง และการพูด 4. สามารถใช้เทคโนโลยีและโปรแกรมพื้นฐานได้ โดยเฉพาะ Google Workspace เช่น Gmail, Google Docs, Google Sheets และ Google Drive 5.มีมนุษยสัมพันธ์ดี เป็นมิตร มีใจรักงานบริการ และมีทักษะในการสื่อสารที่ดี 6. มีความรับผิดชอบ สามารถจัดลำดับงานได้ดี และใส่ใจในรายละเอียด
