1. Support retail and ensure operational effectiveness. 2. Ensure PO receive for Sephora - new launches/Limited Edition/Holiday 3. Ensure timing PO submission & accuracy 4. Manage transfer of Tester and GWP stocks and urgent delivery if required for CDS/TMG 5. Manage the day-to-day operations in Sephora omni to ensure accuracy, timing sell in on new launches and regular top up for events 6. Input Order Tracking file for Sephora,CDS, MKT 7. Organize Inventory data. Share to Sales & Retail team. 8. Proceed the CN process, return and work with WH for CN collection, RTV. 9. Support all boutiques Collaterals & Tester /GWP & Samples supply (MKT) to boutiques to support animation and monthly mechanics. 10. Monitor Testers tracking if required to send new testers with Retail Manager approval (2 times a month) 11. Support Cycle Count at store 12. Arrange with messenger to collect GWP, Sachet, Document and to send stationary, hygiene tools to store as monthly basis Retail 13. Order miscellaneous, pantry, stationary, hygiene tools to office Retail - operation 14. Store visit Sephora to make sure we have enough tester and stock คุณสมบัติ: 1. Good communication skills 2.
