Core Responsibilities: Process & Project Management: Analyze, map, and optimize business workflows using tools like Asana, and document Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistent quality. Automation & Systems: Assist in implementing, monitoring, and troubleshooting automation solutions (e.g., n8n, Make, APIs) to streamline data flow and maintain internal databases. Data & Reporting: Generate operational reports and visual dashboards to provide data-driven insights that support the company's growth strategy. คุณสมบัติ: Education: Bachelor's in Business, Management, or related fields. Degrees in MIS or Engineering Management are a strong plus.
