-Understand and operate the Hostel's Property Management System. Possess a working knowledge of reservation procedures -Know room locations, types of available rooms, room rates, and other property services -Register guests and assign rooms, accommodating special requests whenever possible -Offer personalized service to each guest -Coordinate room status updates with the Housekeeping -Learn how to arrange bed sheets in guest rooms -Learn how to craft various drinks, including coffee, cocktails, mocktails, etc -Manage café setup and service operations, including food and beverage service คุณสมบัติ: -Fluency in English is required. Knowledge of other languages or talents is a plus. -Positive attitude, outgoing nature, responsibility, patience, and a willingness to learn are essential. -Punctuality, teamwork, and creativity are valued qualities. -Must be a Thai Citizen or hold a Thai working visa. -Trainees must be organized and possess strong critical thinking skills.
