The Responsibilities: - Prepare various HR documents such as Employment Agreements, Certificates, Tax & Social Security ID application forms and more. - Assist some employee onboarding tasks. - Register and deregister employees under the group health insurance plan, ensuring accurate and timely enrollment. - Understand HR policies and employee benefits and be able to address and answer employees' basic questions by providing clear and helpful information. - Support Immigration process including VISA and 90 days report. - Contact the relevant authorities e.g. Revenue Department, Social Security Office, BOI, Bank, Labour Department to support and resolve employee issues. - Participate and Support in Company Events and Employees' Engagement. คุณสมบัติ: Qualifications: - Thai Students/Fresh Grads based in Bangkok, Thailand. - Available for a full-time internship for minimum 3 months - Ability to communicate well in English, Spoken and Written. - Passionate about Human Resources, with interest in the Tech Industry. - Fast learner and open-minded person. - Good interpersonal skills with an optimistic mindset. - Detail-oriented and capable of maintaining confidentiality. - Ability to work collaboratively in a team. - Proactive problem-solving approach. - Having your own laptop is preferred สวัสดิการ: Benefits: - 5 days work week. - 13 Public Holiday. - Flexible working hours. - Certificate for completed internship. - Free Lunch every Wednesday. - An office in the heart of Bangkok, connected with MRT Queen Sirikit station. - International work environment with over 35 different nationalities in the team. - Opportunity to visit events and conferences. - Standard perks such as free drinks and snacks in the office, team activities, trips and great parties.
